Abstract
A patient who demonstrates diastema and deep overbite in anterior teeth of maxilla and loss of posterior teeth should undergo reconstruction to achieve adequate occlusion in posteriors as well as anteriors through proper and accurate diagnosis. This case was obtained diastema closing and mutual protection occlusion through orthodontic and periodontal treatment in increasing the vertical height and posterior occlusal contact established by implant fixed prosthesis then aesthetically and functionally result could be achieved.
